1. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. Scheduled orders must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the delivery window.

2. Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, no refund is applicable if payment has not been made. If you reject a COD order without a valid reason, we may disable COD for your account.
